Innovative film and back-foaming technology
Our technology combines thermoformed films with particle foam to create an innovative component concept.
The particle foam provides volume at low weight, while the thermoformed film forms the outer layer of the component. It protects against environmental influences and, as part of the composite structure, significantly increases component stability. The two materials are joined directly in the mold during the back-foaming process.
